  • Phones that are listed Blacklisted or Network Blocked IMEI. Will be unlocked in Premium Service Only.

  • No refund for hard locked phones, Wrong IMEI & Wrong Network submission.

  • No refund for 0 unlock code attempt left phones.

  • Once we start unlock process for your phone, refunds can only be issued if process fails. During unlock code process, refunds cannot be issued. Refunds are issue if we cannot calculate your code successfully.

  • We suggest you to record your unlocking activity using (digital cam/movie cam) with IMEI visible on screen, in order to claim refund in case of an unsuccessful unlock. You MUST inform us within 24 hours if the code does not work. A video proof is required for refund by our supplier.

  • Once the Order submitted. We can not cancel the Order until supplier will not cancel it from his end.

  • This is the rare case; any service may be delay due to technical problem. Please be patience for it. Thanks for your cooperation in advance.

  • Before Submitting your order, please make sure when you insert another Network SIM in your phone. Your phone Prompt for "Enter Unlock Code". (Sometimes it does not prompt for "Enter Unlock Code", In this case try to reset your phone to "Factory Default Settings" Then check again with another Network SIM), If you submit order and your phone does not prompt for Unlock Code then in this case we can’t Refund your money because Unlock Code will calculated according to IMEI Number you provided.
